☆鎮海楼　再び
 
 
ナガちゃん、中華料理作るのが趣味でありますが、たまに本物を食べて勉強したくなりましてね。

カギの救急車麻生店のそばにある中華料理の「鎮海楼」に再び行ってみました。



ここのチンジャオロースー、以前も食べたことがあり大変美味しかったので、再度注文いたしました。

ナガちゃんが作るチンジャオロースーよりも甘めなんですね。

牛肉を砂糖醤油でからめて一度揚げているのでしょう。

また、チャーハンを食べると、その店のレベルがわかるといわれていますが、ナガちゃんがたいてい注文するのが　あんかけ焼きそばなんですね～

野菜がたくさん食べれるのと、カリカリに表面が焼かれている麺は美味しいですよね。

大きめのお皿いっぱいに広がってあんかけ焼きそばができあってきました。

至福のひとときでした。
